At Cital Infra Services Private Limited, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel an order or request a refund for your purchase of construction materials. Our Cancellation and Refunds Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
  • If you cancel the order within the specified timeframe, we will issue a full refund, including shipping charges, within 7-10 business days.
  • If the order has already been shipped or processed for shipping, we will not be able to cancel the order. In such cases, you may follow our Returns Policy.

1.2. Order Cancellation by Cital

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 7-10 business days.
  • If we suspect any fraudulent activity, we may cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.

2. Refunds Policy

2.1. Returns and Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received damaged/defective items, you may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Custom or special orders, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2.2. Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will evaluate the request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

2.3. Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned items and any taxes paid, excluding shipping costs.
  • If the returned items are damaged or not in the original condition, we may deduct a restocking fee (up to 20% of the item's price) from the refund amount.

3. Exchanges

In case you receive a damaged or defective item, we may offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability. Contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange request within 14 days of receiving the order.
