Q2. How do I place an order on Cital?

• You can browse our store to find the product you need. We have organized the products under specific categories to make it easier for you to find products.
• Once you find the product you want, click on "Add to cart" and then click on "Place order"
• While placing the order, you can choose the delivery time slot. We will try our best to deliver the product in that time slot.
• If there is problem in delivering in that time slot, our team will call you to inform you about the delay.

Q3. What happens after I place an order?

• Once you place an order, our team will schedule delivery for your product
• If there is any further information required to fulfill your order, our team will get in touch with you.

Q4. How will my order be delivered?

• Cital directly delivers your products to your site. We do not use any 3rd party courier service.
• Cital's vehicle will pickup the order from our suppliers and deliver it to your site.

Q5. How can I know that the order was successfully delivered?

• While accepting delivery of your order, your team member will have to provide an OTP to our delivery partner.
• A delivery can only be marked as completed after OTP verification.
