1.1. Order processing and shipping time

• We will deliver your order in the delivery time slot you select.
• If there is any problem in delivering your order on time, our team will call you to inform you about the delay.

1.2. Shipping costs

• We do not charge anything extra for shipping products listed on our website/app.
• However, we do not currently provide shipping in all areas. If your area is unserviceable, you will see a clear warning on the website/app and won't be able to place order.

1.3. International shipping process

• We do not provide international shipping. We only deliver products within India.

1.4. What is the Min/Max delivery time?

• While placing an order, you will choose a delivery time slot. This time slot will be within next 1-2 days.
• If there is no problem in availability of the product, it will be delivered to you within the time slot you choose.
• In case of delays, our team will contact you to inform you about the delay.
• The maximum delay usually is 7 days
• To summarize, minimum delivery time is 1 day and maximum delivery time is 7 days.
