TIKI PRIME S is a Ready to use Single Component Quick Drying Low Viscosity Primer in Liquid Form. It is prepared using Special Grade Bitumen under Controlled Condition in Refined Solvent. It is used as Primer on Concrete, Masonry, Metal, Asbestos Sheet, Wood and Stone Surfaces for Sealing Substrate Pores and Promote Adhesion of Bitumen Based Waterproofing Systems, whether Liquid, Felts or Membranes with the Substrate.

•MULTIPURPOSE PRODUCT – Dr Fixit 302 LATEX is multipurpose & economical product, easy to use Cracking – it prevents cracking by improving flexural strength. •AREA OF APPLICATION - As a bond coat - plaster to plaster, concrete-to-concrete, plaster to concrete masonry to stonework and for plastering over brick masonry. As waterproofing – Waterproofing of small roof terraces, sunken portions of toilet & bathrooms, chajjas & lift pits, balconies & stair cases. •EROSION AND CORROSION – improves erosion resistance & prevents corrosion. As crack repair - Repairs of plaster cracks more than 5 mm & in gaps developed between masonry and RCC members. •ABRASION AND RESISTANCE – improves abrasion resistance of cement mix. For Cladding – fixing or refixing of slip bricks, tiles, stones & marble bedding. •WATERPROOFING- prevents leakage & dampness. Coverage: For Bonding & waterproofing applications. 1 kg of super latex will cover 70-80 sq. ft. area in 2 coats for a proportion mix 1: 4:7 (Super Latex : Water : Cement).

Dr. Fixit Krystalline

Dr. Fixit Krystalline is a cementitious, brush applied, waterproofing treatment for concrete. When it is mixed with water & applied to concrete, it penetrates into the concrete mass protecting against the passage of water. Dr. Fixit Krystalline reacts chemically to form billions of needles like crystals which block the pores, voids & micro cracks in concrete. Pre saturation & subsequent re-wetting of the surface will cause deeper diffusion of the organic chemicals & formation of crystals at greater depth. It may take from seven days to one month to reach its maximum waterproofing capability, depending on the thickness of concrete. Environmental factors such as ambient temperature, density of concrete, moisture present & weather conditions all can affect the timing of sealing process. Under dry conditions, Dr. Fixit Krystalline lies dormant. However it becomes reactive whenever it is re-exposed to moisture. Dr. Fixit Krystalline contains active waterproofing chemicals which react with moisture and anhydrates cement in the concrete, creating insoluble crystalline complexes which seal the capillaries and minor shrinkage cracks. They penetrate even against strong hydrostatic pressure, becoming an integral part of the concrete. The waterproofing chemicals remain active for the life of the structure, permanently sealing it from water penetration.
