Dulux Weathershield Max For Exterior Paint

Product Description Dulux Weathershield Max is a high-performance premium exterior emulsion powered by Polyurethane Technology, that provides excellent protection against weather and durability of 9 Years. The product is equipped with Crack Proof Technology that allows the paint film to stretch itself to bridge cracks upto 0.75mm and prevents water ingress from the exterior surface. Hence preventing dampness not only in exteriors, but also in the interiors of the house. Application Description Step 1 : Surface Preparation Ensure surface is thoroughly clean, dry and free from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungi, algae and flaking paint. This can be achieved by brushing with a wire/stiff coir brush, followed by water jetting if required. Use Dulux Aquatech Pre Treatment Coat to ensure that algae and fungi are removed from the roots. Step 2 : Application process With Waterproofing : Application of putty is not recommended. Apply one self- priming coat or one coat of Dulux Exterior Acrylic Primer or Dulux Weathershield Alkali Bloc Primer after thinning with water in the ratio of 1:1 by volume or self-prime with Dulux Aquatech Flexible Basecoat (10 Years) / Waterproof Basecoat (6 Years) with 30% dilution. Apply 1 coat of Dulux Aquatech Flexible Basecoat (10 Years) / Waterproof Basecoat (6 Years) without dilution as a waterproofing coat. Apply 2-3 coats of Dulux Weathershield Max and allow a drying time of 4-6 hours between the coats. An additional coat should be applied in case of horizontal surfaces. Normal Application : Application of putty is not recommended. Apply one self- priming coat or one coat of Dulux Exterior Acrylic Primer or Dulux Weathershield Alkali Bloc Primer after thinning with water in the ratio of 1:1 by volume. Apply 2-3 coats of Dulux Weathershield Max over the base coat and allow a drying time of 4-6 hours between the coats. An additional coat should be applied in case of horizontal surfaces. Step 3 : Drying time Touch dry for the paint is up to 30 minutes and allow 4-6 hours of drying time for recoating. Health & Safety No added Lead, Mercury & chromium compounds. Dulux Aquatech Damp Protect 2in1 Exterior Waterproofing Paint

Product Description Dulux Aquatech Exterior Damp Protect 2 in 1 is a high quality premium waterproofing coating that provides good water resistance when applied on both Exterior vertical walls & Roof surfaces. It's revolutionary Damp Resist Technology bridges cracks and covers the porous wall or Roof surface with a thick film that creates a durable and protective layer. This helps in preventing water seepage thus providing better waterproofing on the applied surfaces. Application Description Side Wall Application: • Clean the side walls properly as per recommendation. • Fill the cracks using Aquatech Crack Filler • Apply 1 self-priming coat of Dulux Aquatech Damprotect 2in1 with 30% dilution. • Post Drying apply 1 coat of Dulux Aquatech Damprotect 2in1 without dilution and allow for 6-8 hrs of drying. • Post Drying apply 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield Protect Rainproof or Dulux Weathershield Protect Dustproof with recommended dilution. • Please ensure 6-8 hours of drying between the 2 coats. Proper film thickness is essential for the water proofing. Therefore it is important that Dulux Aquatech Damprotect 2in1 Coverage shouldn’t exceed 35-45 sq.ft/Lit. • If recommended coverage is not achieved additional coat must be applied for desired performance. Roof Application: • Clean the roof and parapet surface thoroughly as per recommendation. • Fill the cracks using Aquatech Crack Filler. • Apply a self-priming coat of Dulux Aquatech Damprotect 2in1 over the dried surface by diluting with water Health & Safety Treatments such as sanding, burning off, etc. of paint films may generate hazardous dust and/or fumes.
