Quick Drying Low Viscosity Primer in Liquid Form. It is
prepared using Special Grade Bitumen under
Controlled Condition in Refined Solvent.

It is used as Primer on Concrete, Masonry, Metal,
Asbestos Sheet, Wood and Stone Surfaces for Sealing
Substrate Pores and Promote Adhesion of Bitumen
Based Waterproofing Systems, whether Liquid, Felts
or Membranes with the Substrate.
